Supporting our local shepherds at Modbury Farm shop

Help us support our local shepherds in the Bride Valley.

Such dedication , care and hard work goes into raising sheep in our current environment that it becomes part of their life purpose .

To ensure there is no waste to this amazing natural resource it suddenly becomes costly and unprofitable .

From hill to mill then from lap to back we are assisting by not taking a percentage for selling their products.

All proceeds go to our shepherds.

As part of our Lensomy school of joy classes we are hosting creative natural fibre circles .

Starting Saturday’s 2nd November and then every other week.

Starting Sunday’s 10th November and then every other week .

Meet at Modbury Farm shop 10.30am ( buy your wool or bring a project of natural fibre) no kits provided.

Price £6 ( hot cuppa included) per person.

Classes will take place next door at Berwick cottages so numbers limited .

Novices very welcome and those with skills and wisdom encouraged to share their knowledge.
