6.8 miles Jude Colley Pottery in Netherbury

Jude makes slip decorated earthenware domestic pottery, to enhance the daily rituals of eating and drinking.

Which is why Lucinda fell in love with her work over a year ago when they met in a field in Poundbury at a show. On purchasing a mug and using it daily as a gratitude awakening coffee ritual with our own Burning Cliff roasted coffee and Liberty Dairy's milk, it brings great excitement to be able to introduce our customers to Jude's work.

She also enjoys creating jugs for flowers from the garden

Jude loves to use slips and oxides with brushwork to enhance the shape of her ceramics and the feeling of fluidity to echo the process of throwing on the wheel.

So visit Modbury Farm Shop through out the seasons and see her work flow and grow.

Collectable and addictive I'm sure you will all agree that Jude's beautiful work will bring joy to your homes and will definitely make your food look and taste better!
